Ozanam House Referral and Activity Centre Supervisor
The Role:
The supervisor is responsible for the day to day running of the referral and activity centre. Responsibilities include providing a clean, friendly and accessible facility where people can work at overcoming life issues. Where other support agencies feel welcomed and appreciated as they offer their services to those accessing the service. There is a small team of volunteers and staff the will require motivation, support and direction.
Experience and Qualifications:
To be successful in your application you will need to be proficient in all or most of the duties involved with the running of Ozanam House Referral and Activity Centre. You will have the ability to work with and address the needs of both men and women and have a demonstrated knowledge of the Homelessness sector. You will need to have an understanding of the issues and needs of homeless and marginalised people. Knowledge of case management, counseling and other interventions for those at risk. An understanding and empathy of Social Justice and gender issues is desirable as is a working knowledge of MS Office. Applicants are required to have a current Northern Territory drivers licence, First Aid level 2 certificate, Police check and current Ochre card.

Employment Details:
The Ozanam House Referral and Activity Centre Supervisor position is a permanent full time position with a salary offered in the range of $58172 to $60781. St Vincent de Paul Society also offers Salary packaging.
